First let me apologize that I'm so late in...</title><content type='html'>Peggy,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First let me apologize that I&amp;#39;m so late in replying. I appreciate your sweet comments, too.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Basically, steps 6 and 7 concern what to do when you&amp;#39;ve gone all the way around the sock and have reached the point where you started. You can do anything you want to finish it off--my tutorial is really just a suggestion, and if you have some sewing experience and want to come up with your own way, that&amp;#39;s great! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To summarize what I do, I really just overlap the ribbon on itself and then sew together the pieces so the edges won&amp;#39;t fray.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Feel free to ask if you have any more questions! I've never had the ribbon flip up before,...</title><content type='html'>Tammera,&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;ve never had the ribbon flip up before, so I&amp;#39;m not sure what&amp;#39;s causing it. Are you sewing just at the edge of the ribbon when you sew it to the sock? If it keeps happening, I&amp;#39;d just simply NOT turn the socks inside-out before you sew on the ribbon. I&amp;#39;d thought about doing that before--it doesn&amp;#39;t really matter if you see the seam on the outside.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Let me know how they come out! There are a ton of instructions on the web for these in case you run into any problems.
